House Rules

  • Four people max—so please book early.
  • Phones on silent.
  • Arrive 5 minutes early—your muscles need a proper hello.
  • Wear comfortable workout clothes.
    (Please avoid wearing pinstripes or busy patterns. They can be visually overstimulating or disorienting for some.)
  • 24-hour cancellation—late cancellation = class forfeited.
  • Memberships are not transferable.
  • Bring a Smile! (We have the Mats and everything else)
